Summer! This means yoga lessons in Helsinki, also outdoors! Are you a yoga enthusiast? Visit Helsinki and need some relaxation? Read these tips for having a yoga moment outdoors. There are several opportunities in the city, we listed some of them.

Summer Yoga at Löyly takes place at the terrace. The first class was Saturday June 2nd. Summer Yoga season of Löyly is from 2.7. to 30.8. every Thursday and Saturday at 7.30 am.
Price: morning yoga/sauna (incl. towels and soaps) 25€, morning yoga 15€

Allas Sea Pool Sunday yoga in July is based on the movements of yin yoga with a help of a small ball for massaging trigger points. The exercise removes strain on the neck-shoulder line, muscles in the back, hip and chest while strengthening the mid-body and leg muscles. This yoga also effectively relieves stress.

Free AcroYoga classes are held in Sinebrychoff park. Timo Kurvi as instructor is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and graduated as a first certified AcroYoga teacher in Finland.
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts.
These free summer classes are set up also for beginners. Just a joyful mind is needed to join the group.
Instruction 60 minutes. You will get information also about the AcroYoga community in Helsinki.

Forever Yoga Friends classes are held in Villa Tomtebo yard 7.7 , 21.7. 4.8 and 18.8. at 11 -12.30. This yoga is convenient for beginners but also for more experienced yoga enthusiasts.
You need a yoga mat, water bottle and yoga wear. There is a café at Villa Tomtebo where snacks are available. No registration needed.
