Viaporin Kekri 2018
3.11. – Viaporin Kekri brings back the long-forgotten Finnish tradition Kekri, a feast to celebrate the end of harvest season and end of calendar year. Tables were filled with delicacies, music was played and songs were sung. Modern version of the Kekri takes place in Suomenlinna, an island that can be reached from city center by ferry in 15 minutes. Lots of activities, food and drinks are available across the islands.

Allas Moonlight Swim
23.11. – Full moon rises on 23rd Nov and the pool and saunas are available at Allas Sea Pool until 22.00. Bistro is open until midnight.
Helsinki International Christmas market
24.11.-22.12. – Helsinki International Christmas market brings over 60 vendors from 17 countries to the Lasipalatsi square, offering wide selection of food and handycrafts. Father Christmas also visits the market regularly, among other pop-up´s including pony and horse carriage rides.
Opening of Aleksanterikatu Christmas Street
25.11. – Christmas lights are switched on for the 70th time above Aleksanterikatu, which is in one of the oldest Christmas traditions in Finland.
Design District Market
25.11. – Design District Market event gives you the opportunity to explore the collections of the design shops of Helsinki. A wide range of design companies will be showcasing their products, for example Paja, Lorukoru, Marita Huurinainen.
