We had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast in recently renovated hotel Marski by Scandic on a lovely sunny summer Saturday. Hotel serves breakfast during weekdays until 10am and on Saturday and Sunday until noon in Kuusi Palaa -restaurant. The breakfast is open to everyone in the city..

Breakfast includes Finnish classics such as house made bread, oatmeal and porridge, Karelian pie, salmon, berries and house made viili, typical Finnish fermented milk. Along with the Finnish breakfast classics Kuusi Palaa serves international dishes like tabbouleh, tsatziki, pancakes, omelette and house brewed coffee.

Breakfast also includes some superfood and special diets, such as vegan and gluten-free are also considered. Breakfast buffet costs 18 euros per person and is open from 6.30am on weekdays and from 7am during weekend. Kuusi Palaa is located on the ground floor of hotel Marski in Mannerheimintie 10, right in the heart of Helsinki.
