Twenty seven chain restaurants of S Group around Finland serve this year their asparagus menus until 24th May. There are similar dishes in these restaurants – traditional Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce or Creamy Asparagus soup but as well interesting courses varying due to restaurants individual versions like Asparagus risotto, or asparagus with meat or with Finnish White fish. Vegan options are also available; arparagus with tofu or risotto.
